June is going to be an exciting month for beer releases here at Murray Street! A new batch of Beer For Tim should be out in a few weeks and this time we’ve doubled the amount of raspberry puree and vanilla used in it. It has a beautifuly rich raspberry flavor followed by a sweet vanilla finish.
Our Double NEIPA Avoid the Ordinary will be back this Saturday, the 11th. We switched up the yeast and replaced the Hallertau Blanc with Nelson Sauvin and doubled the dry hop charge meaning this batch is even juicier than the last.
Our second seltzer will be available Wednesday the 15th for mug club members and shortly after for the public. This batch features Kiwi and Pomegranate and should be the perfect thist quencher for the summer.
Rounding out the June releases will be German-style Helles Lager. This type of beer takes longer to brew and condition than ales so it might sneak into July if it isn’t ready. This crisp and bready lager should be the perfect beer to acompany lawn mowing or floating down the river this summer. Keep an eye out on our social media for updates on this one.
Today, March 24th, Top Shelf Catering will be out dishing out some delicious BBQ. The event starts at 4:30 and is scheduled until 7:30, or whenever he runs out so get here quick! The menu is posted below.

We’re tapping a new beer today for the public. Down by the River is a Double IPA brewed with Simcoe and Centennial hops and is dry hopped with Citra.

- Jumbo Potato – pick your own toppings
- Irish Big Boy – potato, smoked corned beef, sauerkraut slaw, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing
- Shepard’s Delight – potato, seasoned ground beef, mixed veggies and shredded cheese

Sorry folks! For the safely of our customers and staff we are closing down today. That also means our Groundhog Day celebration will have to happen another day.
We’re hoping the weather will be nicer this Friday, the 4th, and invite you out then to help celebrate our favorite holiday of the year, Groundhog Day! This gives you the chance to put the finishing touches on your costume and we can’t wait to see what you came up with.
With the holidays winding down we will have new tap room hours going forward. See below. Thanks!
Our hours for December 27th – Jan 2nd.
We’re all out of Casual Sunday folks! But don’t worry, Tim is brewing a new batch today along with a new sour that he’s adding Cinnamon, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Lactose to!
We would also like to announce a new beer that should be out in a few weeks called “Andre Hates House Parties.” It’s a super juicy NEIPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. Be on the lookout for that Featured Beer post later next week.
Finally we will be open today from 4:00 – 10:00! Hope to see you!
Happy Monday! We want to thank everyone who came out over the weekend to support us! It was an amazing turnout.
Our spotlight beer today is Lit Pit Juice. LPJ is a Double IPA clocking in at 9.1% ABV. This beer is hopped with a variety of hops but the star is Simcoe. Bright citrusy flavors with a pine and herbal aroma combine with the classic hop Centennial take that pine flavor to a whole other level.
We open at 4:00 today so come on by and try some!
